You have to follow these steps: 1- Go to "start" and enter this in the search box: %appdata% 1.a- For Windows 8, do this on the search option that appears on the windows menu (or the right side of the screen). 2- Then go to Roaming/Microsoft Games/Zoo Tycoon 2/Default profile (or other profile if you have one) 3- You should see some folders and a file called "options.xml".
