Dave has been a bit slack lately -
A bit more notice would have been better,but as you say stue pen pushers cant be easy being a nurse or a doctor or a surgeon,with all the cut backs more pressure on these people and I can see there been more mistakes,its a joke nhs should be looked after more -

I just clean mine with soapy water,dont use any fancy off the shelf products less chance of the little o-rings perishing dont even use fancy chain lube,just work a thin film of grease,into the chain after cleaning never had a problem yet doing this -
You lucky bugga you i would have had a slap of mine tell her from me fairplay to her good on her lee she's a good un thats why I married her I was still this morning -
