only runs for 20 mins , but takes time to set up etc. i fill it with hot water as otherwise it would take 2 hours to heat to 40-50 degrees c. then turn the heat on and the ultrasonic bit and let it run for 10 mins empty to get the air outta the system, then when its done that just plonk ya carbs in and your away. send ya carbs over gaz i dont mind doin em for ya.

cheers mike ! welded in the battery tray and seat mounts today, it all went smoothly but just takes ages to cut and file the steel with only one good hand. seat will be mounted on rubber blocks to stop the fibreglass cracking. started to fill the dents in the tank this morning, rubbed it down and put some primer over the filler, still needs loads more work yet. need to cut down the sides of the seat unit to match the bottom of the tank. what do we think to these frame braces? weld them in or leave the frame as its is , opinions please? -

Cheers Mark, Very generous of you. I knew that knackered finger wouldn't stop you. You're definitely cracking on with it. Taking my frame, tank and most importantly, the seat unit pattern to my fabricators tomorrow afternoon, think he'll do it quite soon and hope it motivates me to pull my finger out and get something done. Good work mate. no problem matey, good luck with your frame and seat unit , hope it turns out the way you want it. still cant do much with the finger as it is gonna take ages to bloody heal still need to weld tabs to my frame for my seat mounting , keep looking at it lol, ho hum
