  1. i know bloody parcel force, knew i should have delivered it my self. its been damaged main bearing end, he says he has gotta take the bearings out and have a look, just hope he can save it. said he would let me know
  2. well re did my wiring loom 2nite, stripped all the old crap off and put proper loom tape on. also stripped cleaned and greased the ignition switch as it was always very stiff. some bad news though, swingarm got damaged in transit to "the stig" , hopefully he can mend it, will have so wait and see.

  12. well got the 1200 swinger today, after many hours of cleaning and chopping tabs of aloy off it looks like this. much more work than i thought think i will spend the rest of the night just looking at it lol. oh ordered me suzuki billet emblems for the tank will post some pics when they come.

  14. hmm wonder if it will fit then, ahh well i can try. only thing ive done recently is polish the caliper hanger, doesnt look too bad. drill gave up its life for the cause though.
  15. just hope it fits lol. all i did today was machine down a bit of stainless for a new clutch push rod, and hardened the ends

  19. well finally picked up my rear shock and test fitted it , not enough room on 600 swingarm . so bought one of these and did this to it just need my 1200 swinger to be delivered and i can get them welded together. then will pull the old bearings out of it and send it away for powder. need to find an r1 chainguide too. put the forks together and fitted them into the yokes, put the front wheel in, this is how she looks at the moment just need to sort the rear end out then i can lay her over and slot the engine back in.
  20. yeah it says 160 mm but an unsure if thats right. how do you stop the inner leg from spinning when you are doing the bottom bolt up?
  21. bit of an update progressive springs and oil turned up from wemoto. new oil and dust seals came too. just need a bit of time to put the forks together now. anybody know what the air gap is meant to be? 160mm??? new ferodo platinum front brake pads turned up so fitted them. dhm foot rests came so fitted them 2nite, look much better than standard, didnt want them too flash though. painted engine cases, these 2 came out great but the other one reacted with something, so gonna have to re-do that one. still gotta take the paint off the word suzuki and polish it.
