Apart from bikes Im a big footy fan following Cardiff City and also like to walking miles with our Spaniel. Used to be a really keen cyclist and runner. Always wanted to to an Ironman as I can run and cycle the distances but tend to swim depths not lengths I may persevere and do it one day -
I have taken it out of the boot. Today I moved the frame from under a cover in the garden to the greenhouse. Thats the first thing I've done apart from purchase a Haynes. Wait til I get my shed it'll all kick off then.....but that may be after the apocolypse tho -
