  1. to early to mow the lawn,and the wifes at work,but I will tell her reckon it got to be white stue,I know they will get dirty but the powder coat as got to be better than the thin paint suzuki put on Excellent Lee, white will look the bees knees, just like the gsx1400's
  2. Yea it was mate, it was either that or help wifey up the farm....so i decided to get the bike out thats what i love about these old girls, havent ridden it since early november, fired up 1st time and no messing

Think your right there stue m1 it is an just do some tinkering with that to make it my own, but as u said before you new how much I loved my b6 so watch this space for the B12, I'll be asking for advice in the maintenance and project sections now. The only thing is I'll be commuting aswell as working on it. Dont worry mate theres a few on here that will help
  8. I had a Busa and a B-King but still hunted around untill I found a Mk1 Bandit (99 model) they have a raw basic charm that the new stuff doesnt. Just because the newer bikes do everything better on paper doesnt mean they are more fun. Mk1 Bandit 12's are just big boys meccano and are built to misbehave on...

Youll be suprised how many people wont get involved these days and to be fair i'd find it hard not to..having said that ive come a cropper a few times in the past trying to help folk...i once stopped a guy attaking is wife..he smacked me..i smacked him all finished...then she hit me harder than he did so i walked away as ive never and will never hit a woman its a shame stue as like me and so many others all we want to do is go for a quite pint have a laugh,then go home not go to a pub then come home an hour later The people that started were all sat at the same table when we got there,they all seemed to be in good spirits then it just all kicked off I know mate aint good is it, least you got out allright mate and home safe
