When someone get's brought up for adept/expert, you're NOT supposed to tell them they are, or even let it shine through. This will make them behave, we want to see how they act WITHOUT them being extra careful cause they want a rank. ~Kevinsweijen

IMO: Watch him over the next week, if he doesn't screw up, rank him with the condition that if he screws up he'll be demoted to artisan and has to restart for adept
