This was a bad idea all around(Demonic and Lost and Frogger all already explained why) but also I would like to point out "and for spam (we can't kick novices for spam but it can go against me for promo?)" when did we start not kicking for spam? I do it all the time after warning them to stop.

Ok I overcomplicated what I ment. You are right artisan is a building rank not a moderating one but I don't see why its so hard to just say "To freeze people that are griefing, use /f playername. And to kick them if they don't stop, use /k playername kickreason.". Like I said I understand artisan is a building rank but we have freeze and kick and so I don't understand why your point is that you don't want to tell them the proper way/time to use them or even how to at all. Thats the point I was trying to get across before I overcomplicated it, and also I have no idea why you brought up the "luckly I knew" phrase from me seeing as I explained the reason I knew was because Frogger told me how to freeze and kick.

Ok no ofence Demonic or Micke but thats flawed logic, you say telling them how to mod shouldn't be enforced because not all artisans want to mod which is fine, but how are they supose to know if they want to mod or not if they don't know how to or haven't moderated yet? Also what if theres griefers coming in when no adept+ are on and the only artisan on is one that don't know how to mod? This is a real situation because this has happend to me but luckly I knew how to freeze and kick.

Just as Lost said I agree with this because I think they used to tell you how to mod because frogger told me how to and doom and me told sheppard how to but it doesn't seems like the new artisans get any help what-so-ever.
