I just thougth what a beautifully made cakes - the details etc. I know some people will think that people are trying to make money on everything these days (yes here in UK one large department store is not offering divorce gift list - like wedding gift list but for couples that are going through divorce). There were 2 more but I thought I would get in trouble posting those as it involved blod and dead bodies.

OK it's lunch time here and I've gotta go and pick up my shoes from cobbler. I dropped it off on my way to work and ask him to get it ready for 1pm - he's based next to unerground station. Otherwise I would have to wait till saturday to get the heals replaces as I totaly worn them off last weekend. Not sure if I'll be able to come back here after lunch - must catch up with the work load. Have a great morning/afternoon/evening and take care

sorry FF crashed on my again *mad* Kijo - now that you have internet at home again - maybe you want to check this: http://www.slimmingworldusa.com/ it's US page of what myself (and Wish and Dawn and Cogsy) are doing. It's been introduced in Texas but we also have an on-line version here (not sure if that's been rolled out in US too). Just read up on it so you can understand what are we (sometimes) talk about.

thanks Kijo but I'm quite happy with SW - I have done it before and I find it much easier than weight watchers and the beauty of it is that you get to eat normal food like steak and spag bol and english sunday roast - no food is forbidden it just some food you can have as much as you want and some food you can only have a bit. There are rules that you need to follow but you still can have chocolate or wine every day and lose weight. last time I've done it I lost 2.5 stone ( 35 pounds) in about 9 months - they recommed that you don't lose more than 2 pounds a week because if you loose it little by little you more likely to keep it off as you don't deprive yourself of anything. Most people go wrong by saying I will not eat that or I can't eat that - that's your first step to failure as you will crack one day and binge on that that you "forbid" yourself to eat. I have been there myself. I have to say I blame England. I never had weight problems til I came to UK. I was slim UK size 8/10 ( I'm UK size 12 now which is US 8 so you ladies work it out - I don't know how US sizes go but my coat tag says UK 12 US 8 )

sweet dreams army I know Kijo but lots of time fruit is more convenient (even thought I have been know to walk down the street eating a carrot). 98% of the time we eat homecooked food (not just because of the eating plan but because I prefer to know what's in my food and it's also cheaper that way) so I tend to do lots of stews and casseroles which are full of veg.

so sorry to hear that Kijo can you doctor change the meds if that makes you feel that way? I'm following Slimming World (they are in america now too apparently) and it encourages you to eat plenty of fruit and veg as most of them are low in callories and full of goodness and also filling. I have so far lost 10 lbs (since November 09) but recenlty I'm stuck - I lose then next week I gain then I loose again and then gain - and I can't seems to break this cycle. It was suggested to me to write it all down - that way I should be able to see where I'm going wrong but also to make sure I'm not going hungry (like I've been in the mornings). hello frannie and army sorry guys I'm bit behind - trying to do some work at the same time

Sounds like a real nightmare for you I nomally have a homemade soup for breakfast and then snack on fruit until lunch time but that doesn't "satisfy me" then my main meal of the day would be at lunch and just something light for dinner/supper. My main problems is morning. I'm only allowed 1oz/28g of cereal and if you weigh it - that's not much at all. So I was making "free" soups but this girl said I need something with more sustance so this morning I had a can of spaghetti in tomato sauce (convenient and "free") and I didn't start to feel hungry untill about 10.30 (normally I'm starving by 9am) so there must be something in what she said. I know it must sound strange to people but if you are trying to lose weight and you are (almost) starving yourself and not eating enough that will actually cause you to gain weight. I have read about this somewhere and if you don't supply your body with enough nutritions it will think there is famine out there and immediately store everything for future need.

i feel funny to be honest - not like ha ha funny. I'm going to bed early(is) and then next thing I remember is waking up (no dreams, nothing) yet I still feel tired in the morning. I had little gain when I went to weigh yesterday (only 0.5 pounds) and I was talking about it with one of the girls and she pointed out to me that I don't eat enough. I wonder if that plays part in my constant tiredness. Weather is really miserable - it's been rainy since beginning of the week - most of the time is just drizzle but it's still annoying. How are you hunnie? How's the work progressing? All on plan I hope. How are you fining the "new" lottery? I never get more than 200 coins from it Speaking of which - it's 85 million on Euromilliions tomorrow - make sure you get a ticket
