Ive tried Red Alert 3 on PC. Not really my taste, but still ok. the best C&C series for me so far is Generals and Zero Hour. For PSP i'm waiting for Dissidia Final fantasy English version. Oh and also Final Fantasy Agito XIII...huhu..BTW i think best racing game that i've played including Midnight Club LA Remix, Gran Turismo 2 and Need For Speed Underground Rivals.
