since im new, can someone tell me the 'way', by that i mean all the rules and how to this and how to that

I have a question, i'm a siggy and avatar maker from another forum, but may i ask what size limit is it for the signature and avatar?? And if i make it animated, when i use it will it be animated still???OR it will just stay still without animation

You may only have one line of graphics in your signature which must not exceed 250px high and 720px wide

The size of the siggy is what I posted before The avatar resizes automatically, I think. And these days there's been a discussion about animated avatars, so it's better not to animate it, because it can hurt some people with migraines
