why can't we continue until a mod catches us?

The objective of the game is to count to 15 before a mod posts, but once we make it there isn't much use in continuing. So we've always just started over and tried to beat the mods again... well, at least, that's what I remember from before. If I am mistaking, please let me know for the future.
