Guest Guest Posted April 6, 2011 I went to the passport office today with all my forms filled out and my pictures. I went via the pre-screening to be sure everything was ok on both forms and was given a number to wait. I waited for over 1 hour with my daughter (she's 2 years old) only to be told that I had the wrong form and my daughters photos needed to be signed by her father! Total waste of my day!!!
