rikmun 0 Posted April 23, 2009 The Nissan GT-R is a car that will be remembered for generations to come, just as the R32 is remembered today as the Japanese that totally demolished the V8 competition in Australia. Today as people wait for the long rumoured GT-R sedan, someone in Japan finally got tired of waiting and created what is the world’s first GT-R wagon. And it will probably be the last. The mind believes what the eyes see but that’s not always the case. What you see here is actually a Nissan Stagea wagon wearing a GT-R front end and all of it’s aggressive appearance. Built by Japan’s Kids Heart tuning company, the GT-R Stagea features a lowered ride height, pimp rims, and a GT-R inspired rear bumper with quad exhaust tips. Though this wagon would make drivers of the BMW M5 Touring and Mercedes E63 AMG Wagon think twice about passing, we can’t be sure if it’s powered by the GT-R’s 3.8-liter twin turbo V6 engine that churns out 480hp and 430lb-ft of torque. Whatever the case, this “GT-R” sports enough style to get on by on looks alone.
fath87 0 Posted April 23, 2009 cool find! but i wonder whether the idea of making GT-R wagon is practical or not. but hey, anything possible : ), just like what Ferarri did with their 456, where they made it into Estate car..

heytang 0 Posted April 24, 2009 the idea for a wagon concept on a gtr (any gtr) is just not practical for a powerfull car, but if a nice and fit gtr conversion done on the exterior of a normal wagon, then, damn thats nice.
