I learn this from fellow oldtaimer collector, who always asked me to apologize even people do wrong to me..1.Sorry to Hotwheels for didnt buy from peg for quite sometimes.2> srry to all collector if some of u internally or externally insulted by my behaviour, forwardly or exccidently. musclemania 0 Posted November 9, 2011 My ex-company Superior told me that Customer Service staff used to say sorry / apologize to Customer eventhough it was not necessary or when they were not even doing anything wrong at all.Lesson learnt: No need apologize if it is unnecessary BUT please be thankful or appreciate on what other people do for you, the good deed.It is better that one can apologize and IMPROVE for the wrong deed, else, keep on apologizing but without improving oneself ...
