nodding to other bikers

Hi peops, does anyone know if as a pillion rider I am supposed to nod to the other bikers - or am I supposed to nod to other pillion riders or just do nothing and look at the scenery and sing along to my ipod as I am doing now - would hate to be offending other riders by not having the correct etiguette

If your looking at the scenery Daves going too slow ask my Mrs

nod if its the odd bike but if its a long stream of bikes dont! you'll look like one of them dogs on a rear parcel shelf an you want to look

Never thought about it really but normally the rider is doing the nodding so think they will be ok.

Also if you start noding can see a few heads smacking together

I tend to nod to all bikers most of the time, scooters when its raining...

I live near Squires so after the first 10 biker nods, I realise I look like one of them nodding head thingies and stop. Most of them don't nod anyway.

i find the sports bikers nod the most,the harleys just look into the middle distance and the learners nearly fall off when you give em a nod

I find a general or nod works if they don't nod back i think there focused on the road to notice and . I mean just a hand tilting side ways slightly or two fingers to together depending where i am and the situation.
