I make them in September and ply them unitl Dec, normally with Sherry. Have to say a bit too moist last Chirmbo.

Don't worry I'll just make an ordinary fruit cake.. With nuts though so sorry if anyone alergic. I'd have a revolt off of hubby if nuts don't go in a fruit cake!
