has anyone any idea what size dome nuts i would need to replace the ones on my fairing mirrors?

what size spanner fits on them is 10mm that a m10 nut?

10 mm spaner will be a m6 . 12mm will be m8 etc well 9 times out of 10

cheers garry ill check that out in the morning thumbs and nothing written on the chad thumbs there the only rusty things on the bike so gonna get A2 stainless.

Dick, if you've got a set of metric drills see which one fits into your existing nuts Shocked round it up to the next size and that will most likely be the thread size. Or just measure across the stud which the nuts fasten onto.
I would guess M6 (10mm spanner) is the most likely size-M10 is a good size and way over the top for a mirror bolt. That's kind of footrest fixing size or similar. Smile
