I have a dodgy back from kneeling a lot at work" no funny comments thanks" which causes your hamstrings to shorten which in turn makes my stance wrong putting strain on my back went to see a physio who gave me a set of stretching exercises to do daily. makes a big difference but when the pain comes on strong sometimes, I take some ibuprofen and paracetomol to get thru the day. my back seems worse when I sit about not doing much not that that's very often lately.

ok due to someone dropping out we now have a FREE space available at the lodge, all you have to do is turn up it is PAID for , We are a friendly crowd and we make you very welcome , the rideout wont be a race but a nice ride around some great roads !!
