my Mrs has got that she has had to have steroid injections into her wrists. if that doesnt work its the operation. she didn't have to go to hospital for her diagnosis, GP did it for her.

its was to test what nerves are trapped , that's what the carpel tunnel does just traps the nerves that run through it , it done the trick for me , but had a bit of time off after the opp, they recon at sometime I have to have the ones done in my elbows and that's a hospital job  thumb down

well I had the electric shock tests mind this is the second time iv'e had it and I saw a specialist consultant who pumped up the juice compared to the last time  Shocked  no needle test although needles don't bother me. I also had the test where they take a picture of your hands with a thermal camera then stick your hands in a bucket of ice cold water for 5 min, then take a picture with the thermal camera every minute to see how or if they warm up.
I think dave might have just given me something else to see about as for the last couple of weeks I have had pain in my left elbow but I thought I had strained something at work did not know you could get carpel in the elbows.
so I know I have white finger very bad but I just put up with it, but I think I have either renauds or carpel also. I will just have to wait for results and see if any treatment is available.
I think I will be changing the bars on my zed also as the angle of sweep puts my wrists slightly bent which was making my hands ache last year.
thanks for the support boys. apart from you mark  finger  plus I rarely have time for a good knuckle shuffle.
