friend needs prayer badly and ASAP (unexpected and dying quickly)

Recommended Posts

My friend is in an unexpected surgery. His body is uncontrollably bleeding and two doctors said it was so bad they were not willing to give him surgery. One doctor rushed him to his hospital and is trying to save him. They called in a priest (that is how bad it is). Please pray, that if he is not saved, that he will be allowed to live in order to get another chance. Overall, pray that God's will happens, whatever that is. Thanks!

Thank you everyone. The doctor's are keeping him on life support, but my friend did not make a will. This means that the doctor's cannot release him to die legally. I had a dream about him where we hugged and I got to speak to him. I am going to go visit today (probably). If nothing else, remember to be nice to people and make up as soon as possible. Thanks

Mark,

If at all possible, go and visit your friend. I lost a close friend almost a year ago. I saw her sitting on her porch a few weeks before she died. I spoke as I passed by but I didn't stop to talk to her. THAT was the first thing I thought about when I got the call that she had died.

You don't know what your presence will do in this situation. Even if it's to lead him to Christ while you're there or just bombard heaven with your prayers for him.

BOMBARD HEAVEN: My Pastor received a call from a relative telling her that her cousin was in the hospital. She only has one kidney and that one was failing. When she got to the hospital, the doctor told them they needed to pray the best prayers they knew. He said if he could get her kidney to function at at least 10%, there was hope. Her entire body had shut down. She and her sister (the co-pastor) began to pray and speak life into their cousin and commanded her kidney to function the way God created it to function. Two days later, they called to check on her and the doctor gave her a clean report, released her from the hospital and told them she WON'T have to go through another dialysis treatment!

LEAD HIM TO CHRIST: Years ago, I had a cousin who drank heavily. The doctor's kept telling him that the next drink he took could be his last one. He was found by a family member laying in the yard. They thought he was dead. He was taken to the hospital where he died a few times and they brought him back. The last time he came to, the family asked him if he wanted to get saved. He said yes. They led him through the sinners prayer and tears began to roll down his face. He died and they tried to bring him back. This time...he was gone. He died with tears rolling down his face as God accepted him into His arms!

You don't know what YOUR presence will do. If you can go to him...Go!

Thank you. That was a word. My roommate is going to visit him in a few minutes. I wasn't sure if I was going to go. Even though he is in a poor state (i.e., coma) I am still going to talk to him and tell him to go to God. Thanks again!

Thanks! I think God took care of it in a spiritual manner. My friend died but a priest came to him before he died (that is all I know). I believe God too! God listened to my prayers and had his will in this situation.

I've always said that we don't know what happens between a person and God before they leave this earth. I too, believe God and I know that because you prayed and because your friend knew you...something had to transpire...if not the moments before he died, maybe a while ago without anyone knowing it.

I totally agree with you. Thank you. I had a dream about him last night where I got to say goodbye. Later, (today) I was on the way to the hospital when he died. If nothing else, the dream helped to give me closure. God is good! Thanks again!
