Unfortunately some members siggys are getting too big

Siggys can only be a maximum of 250 px high and 720 px wide, and you can only have one line of pictures.
You cannot add another siggy picture above or below your original siggy picture. You can have more than one picture as long as they are all on the same line.

I'm sorry for having to make this rule...but as I said some siggys are getting too big now

Rules change all the time as the group is growing

We have a lot of members who siggys are too big, which is why the rule has been bought in

If you remove ond of your back siggys you can probably fit the others either side of your piggy siggy

I think this rule is a welcome change. Thanks so much for instituting it. I love to look at people's signatures, but I really don't like tons of graphics and having to scroll, scroll, scroll, to get to the next posting.

As long as it is only one one line and not larger than size 18 (large font)

I was just checking them earlier and checked to always show it.

now thats weird. In IE it is on 2 lines, but in firefox it is on one line!

I will have to have a word with Mr Mayor and ask him what the max width siggys can be to fit on all browsers

Signatures must be a max of 720px wide...if you have more than one picture in a line then they cannot exceed 720 px in total

how do i know if its 720 pixels or not?

if you right click on a picture and then click properties it will tell you the size of your pic, the first size is normally the width.

If you are using more than one pic you will need to add up all the widths to make sure you dont exceed the 720px max

IMHO: It's a little redundant to keep seeing the graphic that's added to our posts (the magic comes alive at psfc this Christmas). It would reduce eye clutter to remove it. Just my two cents.

Just testing to see if my second signature graphic passes the test.

A quick question, when I posted the picture in full screen mode, it was fine, but when I went to half screen mode, the pictures went to two lines. Please let me know if it's okay as I have a terrible time with trying to figure it out, and I have this thing about graphics being too big or too many.
