    cant see the last diagram the only reason I can think off why you have this problem is that the wiring is connected to a permanent live when the ignition is on you could do with a multimeter or test light to find which is live when you turn the indicators on ect ect

    would probably help more if you have a wiring diagram for the bike,and could post some pics of the clock wiring diagram

    your live wire and earth wire for each light problem

    sounds like the wires are the wrong way round,chances are this is happening as your bike wiring works by switched earth try swopping the wires round
