  2. took 3 hours to diagnose and strip it down to that point,will take a couple of hours to rebuild when the new frame comes

  5. did you build that one robbie,theres some welding missing off the dash frame
  6. no worrys ash it will be something simple mate that you have overlooked maybe someone else will come along with a solution
  7. cant see the last diagram the only reason I can think off why you have this problem is that the wiring is connected to a permanent live when the ignition is on you could do with a multimeter or test light to find which is live when you turn the indicators on ect ect
  8. ash are you wiring the lights up to the original warning light wiring on the bike
  9. would probably help more if you have a wiring diagram for the bike,and could post some pics of the clock wiring diagram
  10. sounds like the wires are the wrong way round,chances are this is happening as your bike wiring works by switched earth try swopping the wires round
  11. sometimes your better off staying in bed,went to work today thinking there was a steady day ahead how wrong customer complaint squeak when turning steering a few pics [img][/img] [img][/img] [img][/img] And the problem being a cracked weld on the dash frame [img][/img]
