  1. Price on these has dropped about £10 in recent weeks. I use one and it has proved to be an excellent buy, I can bleed brakes/change fluid with little effort and always successfully. LAZY IS THE WORD.

    ADDED

I have modified mine slightly to make it much better by buying 500mm of 4mm bore rubber tube (£1.50) and cutting off a 50mm length to replace the supplied bleed nipple attachments, it works bril.

  2. We get out of bed, we go to work, we pay our taxes etc and we are treated like shite.

We could sign on benefits, get loads of freebies, smoke 40 a day, be in the boozer from opening time until closing time. Now this could be the good morning we are waiting for.

    Good afternoon all out there.

  3. gas or glasless.

little use, all working well, selling as i want to insure my bike and thios oput me closer.

£125 for welder with a home made trolly to wheel it about.

or for £150 i will chuck in the mask, welders jacket and some leather gourmets.

Chad M8. We had no idea you are in to the leather gear. What's the garments? Whips etc? lol.

On a serious note WHAT IS THE WELDER CAPACITY, HOW MANY "A" DOES IT PUT OUT?

  4. aftyer a cheap front paddock stand no worried if damaged etc i can alway weld it etc, or replace parts.

and also need a mig welder gas regulator to go on the disposeable bottles.

    thumbs

Chad. Get a decent paddock stand don't mess about repairing crap, £25 sorts it. If it drops the bike you will be very happy lol.

  5. Look, she didn't get her own way over a thread she didn't like and she spat her dummy. All she had to do was not visit that thread but she just wouldn't let it lie. Bye, Rose. wavewave

Takes a while for some people to show their true colours. Join a forum and expect a difference of opinion.

Seen this on the cards many months ago so been keeping off the chat so it was not me pushing her over the edge.

  6. The ratchet spanners are good to have just have a good look around as again these most likely started life in China which in these days is no problem.

    Halfords Copied.

And they will honour the lifetime guarantee on stuff so it's worth holding onto the receipts.

'fraid not. I broke an 8mm ratchet spanner from the pro range, then shortly later my 12mm ratchet also died (both the mechanisms). Halfords flatly refused to replace them as I was "obviously abusing them if I'd manage to break them". I had the manager out and no-one was budging. I believe there is now an asterisk on their guarantee that says "does not cover ratchet mechanisms", but I've not seen it.
