No you don't have to change it, but is always recommended! but can use the old tube as much as you want as long is got no punctures! -

Well started out this morning with a bad head after a few to many the night before but my mission for today was to play with the suspension on my bike well about 11 i started on it and got the front sag to about 1 1/4 and rebound nice. so thought give it a test ride, well...... it was AMAZING totally different bike to ride and it loves leaning in corners now beautiful to ride. recommend anyone doing it but watch the videos on how to do it and you cant go wrong.

. I'm aware that people have many problems and reasons for drug taking etc. My concern is always that these people get held up as role models. What does that say to kids? Mike.Well said mike couldnt agree more, yeah its sad in one way but if you put that rubbish in your body one day its gunna give up and it did.
