RE: Concern of Ms. McIntosh Progress This my reponse to the dean and her inregards to her email Hello If at all possible would like to schedule a meeting. I disagree with what was spoken about me, I have proof I been doing work.[/size] This my director writing about me. below First I must note this is a long email. Please take the time read and carefully consider the message. On Thursday July 9th, 2009 at 2pm you, Kellie, and I adjourned to room 108 to review some of the work you had been doing on the Klickers. I noted that during the presentation when I asked questions in reference to adding different features to the power point presentations you vehemently rejected any ideas I suggested. Responding by saying " No, I dont know how to do that, you will have to find a specialist to perform those tasks". I felt troubled by your responses. Later as we spoke alone in my office we began to work on your schedule. Currently you are the only Instructor without a set agenda of daily tasks. I asked you "How long does it take to post attendance on the S drive?". Your response was "I dont know". I asked if it took you five minutes. Again your response was "I dont know I dont keep track of time" was the answer you gave. I felt you were being purposefully uncooperative. During the forty-five minute discussion which over lapped my 3pm meeting with another Instructor. You did not inquire, nor follow up with any questions or suggestions on your personal work assignments. We both agreed to meet again later in the afternoon; however shortly after 3:30pm you told me you did not feel well due to recent loss in your family and you went home. [size=12]I've told you to work in the PC Labs with the other Instructors during class. By doing so you would gain more insight on teaching techniques, instructional materials, and basic operations of the classroom that are learned by being engaged interactively. This has not been happening over the last two weeks. Often times I find you alone in a class room. On Monday July 13th, 2009 you spent both LPM and PM shift in room 105 alone. [/size] [size=12]Dating as far back as June 26th, 2009 via email (Attendance Rosters) I have asked you to think of a solution to some of your questions so we can discuss them to decide the best possible outcome. I've asked you to work with others in the department that would be available to assist you in understanding how to do an assignment, as I am not always available to personally train you. On 6/30/09 and 7/7/09 I received emails with a power point presentations attached. Other than that, there's been very little effort on your part to meet and discuss tasks/assignments. [/size] As whole we all have expectations within our individual positions to work towards. To develop your goal of being an effective Instructor identifying and understanding the following list of components as part of your responsibilities will help you reach your goal. Creating a daily task agenda that meets departmental needs and my approval. Demonstrating usage of the software applications on an instuctual level. Demonstrating full range and usage of the Klickers, preparing the programs in a more timely manner 2 chapters per day. Taking intiative to set a meeting to follow up and show progress of work load. Referring back to me for any other assignments and needs for the department. Working with others in the team, when one on one training is not available to you. I must tell you as I write this, I am uncomfortable with the level of detail I felt necessary to document to bring this to your awareness. This is very laborious, time consuming and exhausting for me; I feel uneasy with your level of progress and skeptical of your efforts to reach the goal of being an effective Instructor. In closing here are some self posed questions to help you learn from this feedback and take a proactive stance to influence the future. 1. What extra steps could I have taken? 2. What lessons could I have learned sooner to avoid this? 3. What personality traits or habits of mine might have aggrivated the situation? 4. What more can I do to get the results?

All I can say please the move of GOd shut this place down. I am doing my work. I feel like its harrassement at times. I go in do my work and leave. I am so sick and tired of her. Another job called me but I am not sure if its time to leave. I am looking to buy a house and I need job stability in which I been here 4 months. LOrd help me. I can stand evil and you can tell she has it out for me. Now she has written another book to the dean about me. I am going to post it so you can see.

Good point V... So in other words what God has for you is for you. Perhaps he used you child for confirmation. Again I am a big on confirmation... Also if you are covered with the right leardership they will also know and confirm. So I pray God will also send a confirmation to my overseers. I remember I was attending Bible college last year and I remember this man who is not a memeber of my church and he told one of the members at my church that my husband Is a nice handsome man in other words he was confirming what God was saying. Listen its important to apart of a church that has great intercessors. Thats what they do pray for you and God will use them to help you. Also the day the man of GOd comes I will bring this man of God to my pastor. So he has to meet my family and my spirtual family. God will confirm through 2-3 witnesses. Trust in Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding.

Ok all I interview for the new job and they really want me but I dont want to change my shcedule however they have a new building that is coming close to me in a 2-3 months. So they said they would allow me to work there once the buliding is complete. Although I need to stay on my current job in order to show the bank stability for buying the new house. The other job will pay me more money and I will only have to work monday-thursday. So people of GOD I need your prayers and widsom. I dont want to leave my training ground for minstry prematurely if you know what I mean....

AMEN AMEN!! CHOLETTE I agree Fully with you . I am gald you cleared this up. We need to seek the Lord to confirm what GOd has shown is what he wants for us. So I think if there is doubt about your future boo!! I think you should seek the LORD!! Although it might take time to get the answer but he will answer. For some you will get the answer right away. By the way I always ask God for confirmation because I want to be in Gods perfect will. So far when I ask him He always give me a dream or a word from someone.. As you all know I been challenged by this helpmate thing... Lord knows I want my helpmate, but it will be in Gods timing. So I pray those of you who know or maybe dont know to be encouraged.Alot of times the Devil will play mind games. So you have to bind up and loose God word...Love ya!! God is not a man that he shall lie!! I must say the more I been in preparation stage another layer of flesh comes off of me. My man of God and others will be happy~~ and of course GOD!!

want to move out by LovetoworshipJesus Today at 11:23 I want to move out. I been here healing and interceding for my family. I realize that this war going on in my parents house has nothing do with me. I been praying so much. BUt you know There a saying in the bible that says come from amongst them. I need to get away from here. I believe I can pray for them better away from here.Besides I need to be able to worship GOD without any inteference. Even now I feel a depression spirit floating around here now. My mom and dad needs healing and deliverance and they wont surendder please pray for them. My brother has so much rebellion and anger in him. We have been doing ok lately but the same spirits are in them. So I ask GOD WHere Can I move to allow a door to open so I can go to and rest. Its like GOD will allow destruction in order to set his house in order. I have a feeling some is coming this way in this house and I dont want to be apart of it. I love my family but I must follow Jesus. Thanks for your prayers. I love you in the LORD

Good morning all I am gald to say that I started working out last week and I feel so much better. My goal is to loose 30-40 lbs. I hired a personal trainer and so far hes good. he is very motivational. I praying for food intake that I dont over eat. or somtimes I dont eat enough. So this had been a challenged since I was 13.... I can remember me standing in front of the TV tryng to lose weight.. So this has been a journey for me. This time I made up in my mind I am ready to go foward. Right now I hve to pay 150.00 a month to have him so Praying GOd will increase my funds so I keep him at least for a little until I can do this own my own. THank you for you prayers.

HI all I am still strugle with this Job. I tried to humble myself with the Director over me. I dont like her and she has hired two more instructor and she is changing my schedule now 11am-7pm. Its like she is trying to keep me out of the classroom as an instructor. I got hired as an instructor now she is thinking of placing me as a fill in like covering for other instructor when they are not there. Its like she has me doing Lab Assistant work. I want to teach not be a fill in. I am so tired of this job and her. Alot unclean dirty spirits. I applied for another job and they were willing to hire me as an Instructor but I dont want to travel to far. I need help from the LORD. I want to be in GOD PERFECT WILL. Another thing is I only been with this school since March. I need peace on my job. I feel like I got a demotion but I still get the same pay. I was so angry today I had to leave work. I think it crazy she hired two new instructors but yet put in them classroom but for me I am to be doing tutoring and and other adminstration work. I thinking is this justified because I was there first but yet I get to to what the lab assistant do.

Amen THank you Jesus for answering prayers. Thank you usemelord it was much needed.

Need prayer for my hair to grow back long and thick.. I have lost hair in some spots in my hair. Overall if you look at me you cant tell. I am still young.... So I ask GOd to break every generational curse that was passed on to my granmother to my dad to me. My dad and my grandmother has the same hair .issue. I believe God will allow my hair to grow. I went to the Dr and they told me I have sebrohtic dermataitis(which passed on in my family). I praying that GOD WILL ALLOW MY HAIR TO GROw. THANK GOD I WENT BACK TO MY OLD HAIR DRESSER SHE WAS ABLE TO POINT THIS OUT TO ME. :afro:
