I am thinking along the same line but I am thinking that I know that in real life,you have sometimes dragged your feet on the ministry that is before you, and Ive seen that when you've put your foot in the water and ministered to groups of people, you were well recieved.

You know you are perfectly qualified to do God"s work when you know from a place of truth and humility, that you are not qualified because it is beyond your experience and skills. This is exactly where you are suppose to be. In your weakness he is strong.
As a sister in Christ I would encourage you, to see that the enemy has no power over you with fear....He is a LIAR. God loves YOU and God will use you exactly as you are. In your (humbleness and His Spirit....)

In my own life the way I handle the fear that the enemy tries to throw on me, (often )...I say, You are exacty right satan, in my own self, Im hopelessly flawed, but, In Christ Jesus I can do all things....

Please fast with me for the boy captured by the Taliban...my spirit is grieving...God bless his heart. I beseech you my brothers and sisters in the Kingdom to fast and stay in prayer with me, for our soldier..for three days.

I am cut to the heart and grieving for the inhumanity of it all and for the mothers of and wives of our soldiers. Even if you have not fasted before or are unfamiliar with it, please join me. I know God is calling us to unite in fasting and pray for this boys soul and his life.

I was truly challenged to witness to this young man, he said things to instigate anger in me...and without the power of the Holy Spirit it would have been futile. Each time God encouraged me to rest be humble and consider the whole picture. I had to be in the Spirit and not the flesh. In the end it is love that reaches out to the lost, really. My lifetime role model, my Christ, who on the cross. said forgive them for they know not what they do. That is the picture that I keep in my mind. I also beleive in some ways, it is easier and more effective to communicate with an an athiest than a peron who is proud to be a Christian, but is not really a Christian...If you know what I mean.

Hi Rachel. This web site is great for looking up symbols and learning some of the meanings behind what you are dreaming. I usually look up the symbols if they are unusual or I havent dreamed of that symbol before. I am not a modrator here so i want you to take my ideas with a grain of salt and stay in prayer to God so that He will confirm the message to you.

What I see is that in this dream you have a new boldness in Christ, you are going to walk in that boldness in a new ministry, in a bigger and new way, (as in your home) and you may have new venues (your many new vehicles) and you will have opposition (the dogs, territorial and judgemental) funny because in the Bible days a "dog" was a person void of God. In your dream you even pacify your enemies...I am not saying that I know all of what God has for you. but I have had similar dreams of god showing me that He has plans for me in my life. I also know that the most important thing you can do is continue to get closer and closer to your God, for His will to unfold in your life. Ok Dreamster, Your dream. You know its true, and in the dream you are telling others that the way to be really blessed is to tithe....the milk is to read the word of God but meat is for the mature spirit man to grow, the meat is doing the will of God.

We all know that we are free in Christ, but tithing is a good thing and it is stepping out in faith, it is like meat.

I love it when that happens and every time it helps to build our faith that God is moving our brother or sister in the Lord in the same way with sometimes the very same thoughts.

Owen...absolutely. It is exciting times that we are in!!! I am keeping my eyes on God. I so love Him. Watching the sky...just like the farmers do with their crops and knowing the weather...

Knowing the times we are in is exciting. Knowing what Christ has done for us is exciting!!!

I was raised with little understanding in Christianity or spiritual things but at 22 I screamed out to God to prove that He was and God bless His heart He did. I hear God as much today as I did in my younger days, it is relational to my closeness. God woke me up two Thursdays ago and told me there was going to be an accident, I knew God mean a crash and I interceded in prayer, a few hours later I called my friend that I meet for lunch every Friday and she couldnt talk, her daughter had just been in a car crash. She is a teacher who was on a field trip.The next morning my sister was in a wreck and totalled out her new car that her husband had just bought her.
I am learning to pray immediately for God's divine will, whenever I have a disturbin vision or dream...I know God calls us to intercede for us often.
My job is to continue to fast bad thoughts and renew my mind regularly with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and to stay stay stay with the Holy Spirit...

It is a learning process and it is so exciting...My favorite topic of conversation, in the whole world is God, my favorite thing to contemplate and persue...and sometimes I think I may be obsessive compulsive about God, and If so, then I am just the fortunate one!!! lol, God bless you on your adventures as well. ps. The post yesterday is called "Step Out In Faith" and is about following through on the prophetic messages that we receive from God. Hope it is of some practical value. I have been recieving specific instructions from God since I was 22 years old. I am now 55 years old, and still becoming more sensitive to His leading. God Bless.

Owen that is exactly correct...God is raising up His true church, and bringing His divine order with His prophets and establishing His Apostolic ministry. The true church is having a revival of sorts, the true is coming out from among the false traditions of man.
KDRE. I know from experience that the more you take action, to the things that God is telling you the more the communication continues to grow and the more sensitive you become. It is like going from seed to fruition, from Glory to Glory. I shared a post yesterday that shows this very thing, When you step out in faith to obey this voice of God, he will give provision on your path to complete whatever it is that God is having you do.
The concerns that surround you are of course not from God, he is calling us all to ignore the fear, ignore past experience, ignore even our own "God of logic" and to instead, walk on water. I believe this is the place where miracles flourish. God Speed.

In the dream did you know what the women said was true, (even though she is flawed?) Your spirit is right, your sensitivity to God is there, You have decided to follow Jesus, and there is no turning back. It is where the Holy Spirit is leading you, If you earnestly do still need a confirmation to know with fullness this is where God is taking you, If this is so, I pray that God will confirm in His way to you, and you will know that you know that you know. Thank you for being so candid so transparent. I know exactly how you feel. We are all on our journey and I know that the more passion that we have, to keep reaching out and to keep communicating with or Father, the closer we come to hearing His voice. We arent born knowing English,or whatever out natural language is, and in the same way we don't automatically understand everything that God says to us either. But God tells us over and over in His word that we will hear His voice. I believe Him and I continue to learn more every year. I love God so much...He is there beconing us. God Bless.

THE CROSS AROUND MY NECK

A few years ago I had a beautiful cross that I wore around my neck. A friend gave it to me and I loved it. It was, and still is to this day, the most beautiful cross I’d ever seen. It was gold, and it was delicate, with diamonds, and it was rich and beautiful. It was one of my favorite things and I was happy to wear it.

One Sunday, during the praise and worship time at our church, as I was praying, God spoke to me by giving me a vision. In my vision I saw one of the ladies at church on her knees, and in the vision, while she was on her knees, I saw myself putting my necklace on this woman. I recognized the woman from our church; her name was Susan.

A peculiar vision—and again, like so many times when I feel that God is giving me instructions, I wondered about all this. “Do you mean that you want me to give this lady my necklace?,” I said to God. “I will. But where, and how? Do you want me to do this now? Do you want me just to go up to her in church and give it to her? Do you want me to look her up in the church phone book and call her, go to her home? What Lord?” Then I was still and waited on the Lord. I knew God would tell me when and where when He wanted to.

Very soon, I had the distinct knowing—from God—that I was to give my necklace to this lady the very next time I saw her. I was to put it on her, just like in the vision, and to tell her that this was from God.

The thing is that I had lived in this town for years and years, and I have never seen this lady anywhere other than at the church. So I didn’t have a clue as to where she lived, and I couldn’t even recall her last name at the time. But I did see her clearly in my vision. I did have a plan of action, and I knew now what God wanted me to do. And I was excited.

A couple of days later I was in the local Wal-Mart store with my husband. We were in the pet department, getting cat food. “I’ll be right back,” I told my husband, “I’m going to the ladies’ room.” And then I immediately wondered to myself why I’d said that, as I had no desire or need to be in the ladies’ room, and I thought to myself, “Hmm…that is funny. It must be habit, like a horse just heads to the barn,” …and I pondered that thought all the way to the back of the store.

When I walked through the door to the ladies room, there she was, standing right in front of me, the same woman that had been in my vision! And she was clearly troubled. I could see that she recognized me from church, and she seemed startled. Her eyes were red and watery from crying, and I knew then what God wanted me to do. Just like in the vision, I took off my cross necklace and I put it on the lady. “This is from God,” I said. “Oh my God…you’re kidding me,” she said. “Oh no, I’m not kidding you. God told me to give you this necklace and to let you know that it is from Him.”

The woman was clearly emotional as she began to tell me her story: “I came in here to use this room for a prayer closet. I had been praying to God when you came in. I was talking to God and feeling like I was alone, feeling like I had been abandoned in my suffering. I was asking God, ‘Where are you?’ Then you walked in and put this necklace on me and told me that this was a gift from God.”

It was a gift from God.

The Bible tells us that Jesus is the Good Shepherd, and we are the sheep of his pasture…and that WE WILL HEAR HIS VOICE. God does amazing things If we are only willing to step out in faith. I am encouraging all of us to listen, amen.

Yes...God bless you Lightbeam, I am so glad to be able to visit Mia's site again. I was finishing a project that God had me working on, the book, and it was finally published in June and then we had the revisions to make. I set aside reading and other interests to complete the thing that God put in my lap. My husband has edited Christian books before but this is our first together. I feel happy to visit and be a part of this site again. God bless!!!!!

God is so good. He has save my children so many times with warnings and blessings. I pray we will all continue to hear and understand the Father of us more clearly, and react swiftly to the things that He tells us. amen
