I dont see anything wrong taking the communion if you are fasting, I believe it wont break the fast. My only concern is the wine which will make an empty stomach acidic, unless if your stomach can tolerate acidity while fasting.

I am following this thread, and every reply is very interesting. I have been thinking about this question for last few months. The questions are.... Do you need to stay in a church where you can not be able to use you gift nor grow spiritually in your calling and giftings? Do you need to wait God's signal to leave? How would you know that it is time to leave? Or another option would be... Do you have to pray and wait till God will open their eyes and see your gift and be able to minister? (thier refers to the church leaders) Or do you need to explain to them that you can do this and you have this gifts, and you want to minister using them? (of course, this should be done in a right motive, not self promotion) I believe serious christians who are really seeking God and His kingdom, enivitably, must face these questions in order to be fruitful in the church and walk in his calling.

KDRE, do you always experience that? I mean, you know that Spirit of God wants to move in a certain way, and you see it in the spirit but could not anything because others might or will try to stop you???

Hi KDRE, I can relate with your experience. Sadly, it is not the bad people on the street who can stop the move of God neither the satanist nor atheist, but it is the religious people who can abort the move of God in His church. Our Lord Jesus always had a serious confrontation with religious pharisees and tachers of the law. The ones who accused the Lord of demon possession. All I can say my brother, dont let this religious or jezebelic spirit stop you nor discourage you from walking in your calling in HIm.

If you did not do any wrong, then, there is nothing to be afraid of. Lord Jesus, you always protect those who fear you. I pray that peace will reign in her heart and you go before her. I declare that everything will be fine as she settles this issue tomorrow. In Jesus name!! Amen!

Hinds, as I have told you that there is no other way to healing and forgiveness is to face it, and I am glad you did it. We can not let anyone control us through unforgiveness. What you felt is the healing power of the HS, no body can give us pure peace and lightness except for the HS. I did experience that, what i have been going through right now (I told my story in the Praying Place) is an issue of choosing to dwell in HIs peace regardless of storms around me, an unbreakable peace that only Him can place in my heart. Rom 16:19 For your obedience is come abroad unto all [men]. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil. Rom 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you. Amen. It is the peace of God that destoys the work of satan over our lives. I am really glad you made a step to go forward and leave the shackles of unforgiveness behind. You gave a hard blow to the enemy under your feet.

Lurdys, Some people who are involved in this work came to me because they have noticed it and tried to convince me if I can do something about it, others would say negative comments about them, and i could see their motives behind. Others are sincere and just concerned about it, while some are judmental with critical spirit. I did my best to cover and protect this couple, though I know that their comments are reasonable and true. Sometimes I have to face angry people who want talk to this couple, and I try to be diplomatic by finding solutions. It is draining and frustrating indeed. I remember David, inspite of what Saul has done to him, he didnt fight back. Everyday in prayer, I always bring this case to God, asking HIm for wisdom and strengh. Because frustration and stress will drown me, if I will face it myself alone. Still, I am waiting if God will send me out to another job until I learn what I need to learn for this time.

Im afraid you are right Gen D, about working with christians. In fairness, I had worked with other christian institution where I saw chiristain integrity was one of the goals. I am here where I work right now because of favor for them that somehow the owners are related to me. The worst thing that I have experienced so far with in seven months is that sometimes I have to resolve the consequences of their wrong desicions. I am always trying to suggest what is best, but I dont have the last words to say. esp me!!!
