Been a long time since I last visited here. I thought I'd share my biggest custom project thus far. If you guys remember, I touched up my Kenmeri Skyline with Sharpie permanent marker to have black overfenders. Since then, I have also touched up the rear spoiler to be black to match the overfenders and also painted the headlights silver to make it more realistic. And just 2 weeks ago, I finally managed to snag the rubber wheels that I want and gave it a wheels swap, bringing it back to its original JDM roots!

Watch if the drill depth will not cross over the cast!!! Spoiler: OK, but if I'm not sure about how deep to drill (because this will be my first time opening a HW casting), so can I drill it a bit, remove the rivet's head, take apart the car and continue drilling after seeing the depth of the rivet? -

what you should do is just put glue onto where the tabs used to be. i would prefer epoxy glue, since superglue "bleeds" and this will cause it to flow to the tyres. if you do use superglue, use minimal, or cut out a small tab to glue on the base on top of where the tabs used to be. if you dont use hot wheels tyres, like maisto or jada, you will need to make a new tab to be put on top. but not too big, something with enough strength to hold down the tyres will do. remember though, that the tabs are withstanding the load of the whole car. hope this helps! Bro, does this mean that we just put the glue onto the axle itself?

I recently found the Corvette 5-pack, which I promptly bought without a second thought. It also happen to be the first 5-pack I ever bought in Malaysia, because they are pretty expensive here. Opened it up later that day. I want all the cars in it, except for the COPO Corvette, which I already obviously have. Overall, this is a value-for-money 5-pack. I have no regrets paying for it, and I highly recommend everyone to get it.
