takata 0 Posted May 29, 2009 IMHO.... y not u strip all paint b4 spray new coat??? it looks so 'jelly' feel.....

rikmun 0 Posted May 29, 2009 lol...no paint stripper
takata 0 Posted May 29, 2009 u can try cheap ways.... normal thinner is more than enough. use metal container (empty can food), dung da car body in2 thinner. then check every 5 mins, till u satisfy wif da result(use metal lid 2 take da body). wash wif dishes soap> sand any left-over paint > wash> dry up > now can spray. *sincerly, i'm bored 2 c 'jelly' effect. tats y i alwiz survey + study + ask + prepare, b4 custom any model. if not prepare enough, i'll hold my custom piece. there is 1 box waiting list in my room. coz IMHO, self custom is 4 collection FOREVER (we wan a nice perfect piece as our collection right?) The Ferrari - Excellent! I'm guessing the circle tracker is your paint test subject ..hehehe then only you started on the Porsche..the Porsche so much more attention from you. Rayz-HWC 0 Posted June 4, 2009 ...well there are many methods of putting the base back together or you can simply leave it as is, and ltr when you find some rubbers still not too late to swap then 'glue' together finally... ...I myself use the silicon. You can purchase a mini gun that provides couple silicon strips too but it runs on electric, to heat the gun's 'head' which melts the silicon within and voila! ....just a dab and let it cool off......basically anything that will 'harden' after a while
