HWCM 1st anniversary dinner!

this is just a survey
Will you attend a dinner party organised by us?
It will be at a restaurant and a casual occasion in the klang valley area
To attend the dinner, members will have to buy tickets to the dinner which will be sold at a limited quantity.
Family and children are welcome to join. Tickets for family members will be cheaper than normal members!
All proceeds from the dinner will go into the club funds
the date of the dinner will be announced in advance for you to plan your schedule

activities planned -
sale/distribution of club t-shirts
distributing first batch of 2009 club cars.
unveiling of 2010 club cars.
distributing first batch of 2010 club cars.
lucky draws
games
custom cars on display/for sale.
auctioning of 4 extra pieces of 2009 club cars. (not the same as the original)

pls note that all these activities are only being suggestions. and we will only kick into action on organising the dinner if enough members are willing to attend

My family and I will try to come. 2 Adults and 2 Child (age 9 and 2 years).

Before that, can we have a tentative date? At least we all know roughly around when? which month? B4 or after CNY? Same like everyone else, I still need to fit the event into my calender.

wat i wanna clearify is, support from Mattel Malaysia either sponsor/representative person will gives us a 'BIG SHOT' 2 do more event 2 promote HW in Malaysia.
if Mattel just say "go ahead" everytime HWCM propose some idea 2 promote HW, who earn da credit/respect?

*I AM SERIOUS EVERYTIME I KNOW HWCM GOING TO DO SOME EVENT RELATED TO MATTEL.
*WHAT WE GET IN LOCAL MARKET IS NOT WORTH THE EFFORT WE PUT IN. MATTEL MALAYSIA DIDN'T SHOW ANY CHANGES IN THEIR MARKET PLAN IN MALAYSIA.

but it doesn't matter.
our relations with mattel is good and we will put in our best efforts for the club.
like i've said. we know how to deal with mattel. they have supported us for the previous race day and also the upcoming race day. but where were you?
so instead of being concerned about Mattel supports the club or not, i think you should worry about yourself supporting the club

1. they will not sell anything. cuz we have over 1000 places in malaysia where HWs can be purchased.
2. this is a dinner party. any questions can be emailed to mattel directly.
