cheers folks!

been working on it all day.
bled the front brakes
re-routed throttle cables
did lots and lots of wiring (thanks lucan your a star matey )thumbs
made some spacers to space out the dog bones at the bottom as they were catching on the shock
put tank on properly

got an issue with clutch, cant seem to get the cable in lever end

ordered a new rear brake switch as mine is dodgy
a new tax disc holder
and some stainless caliper bolts from bandit rob

oh and im sending my viper seat away to tony archer for a new cover to be fitted thumbs

i wasnt going for comfy Sad lol

tbh i was a bit disapointed when i opened the box i spent 10mins telling him how i wanted it and it doesnt match the "image" in my head at all.

oh well i spose its better than the ripped, stained one i had on it before.
it will do till i rip it all apart next winter lol. thumbs

Had mine done here with 2 gel inserts looks much better in the skin.
went over to stockport on purpose so could pick the fabrics, there's 3 on my seat alcantra leather, stingray and extra non slip
does not look too flash but classy i think only thing I would have done different would have been to just have the alcantra and stingray which is what i wanted but let him talk me out of it.
I like it though which is whats counts.
My advice go in person next time thumbs

Oh my seat is 2nd row down and 2nd in from right "bandit"

Looking good thumbs. Seat looks nicely understated, doesn't detract from the rest of the bike. Be nice to see it on the road. Shame you can't make the ride out. Still will see it some time no1

well got my new battery today so charged it up and put it on. put a temporary tank pad on as the carbon one is gonna take ages to make.

oh and bad news from stig, he has parted company from his present employer so reservoir is on hold at the mo.
might have to buy a cheap nasty one to put on just so i can bleed the back brake up and take he for a spin. thumbs

well just come back from holiday in wales, was a bit wet but we survived!

taxed the bike today and put some fresh fuel in her to fire her up.
little problem so far, when i turned the fuel tap to prime fuel started pissing out the bottom of no1 carb, think the float bowl is stuck would that make it leak?
dont really wanna take the carbs back off to sort it out, i changed the float bowl screws to stainless allen key ones so if i get stuck i can always wip the float bowl off.

just wanna ride her now thumbs

lol, just sat and read this thread from beginning to end and can some it up in one word AWESOME you've made a cracking job, absolutely superb! (tho I'd have done the engine covers same as the frame colour but each to their own as that's what makes us all diffferent thumbs )

youll notice a differance with the busa shock as long as it all feels right thats the main thing thumbs
