My Mates GSXR1100L

Recommended Posts

Whilst in the UK (Nottingham) I arranged to meet up with a Mate.

He came out on his latest GSXR (an 1100L model) that he'd just
put together in the German streetfighter style. Wide bar's and
a short high tail.

Whilst I dont expect it to be to most folks tastes, its interesting
that it does get used and isnt a show bike.

Titanium exhaust.

Clear perspex bracket to mount the number plate
off the swingarm.

Yoshi logo cut into the undertray is in red perspex
and lights up as a brake and tail light.

A later watercooler GSXR tank on an Oilcooled frame.

Frame cut and welded to take the offset shock on
the Single -sided arm.

Shrouds to fit over the forks that have no visible fixings.

etc etc etc.....

I thought the bars looked a bit TOO wide,
but sitting on it they didnt feel to bad.

I like the look of the bike well put together but I don't like the forks and bars. But apart from that it looks sexy.
