Back hurting badly

dont know if i lifted someting (or some one my kids are getting big!) wrong but ouch! took 400 of motrin and hot bath. really hurt please pray for complete healing! ty!

it was better today took fewer pain pills! Asking God to take it away.

something I read said backache can be from self hatred or witchcraft!

I read that too yet I don't believe it mine is because I have scoliosis and it started acting up due to me sitting in a chair with no support

Praise God! Back is healed!
Came down with a cold and was thankful for it to be just a cold and not the back pain or fibromyalgia which I used to have and God healed me from!

Lots of things can be the result of witchcraft, and yes self hatred could cause physical ailments. However, I find if I go to God with each ailment, he reveals what the cause is behind it. If we are open and also use wisdom, we will hear His voice as we are all so unique. I find if I do a check list of things in the natural then the spiritual is easier to see. Like if I have had back ache, I think, ok, "how many hours did i dig in the garden or sit with bad posture at the puter", have I done any heavy lifting?" Such checklists can be helpful. We are triparte beings so it's helpful I feel to look at all aspects of who we are in a balanced way. That still small voice sometimes can only be heard when we still ourselves and rest in Him for a while.....
