Part One:

Part Two:

Answer these green themed questions

1. Name 5 vegetables which are green coloured

2. In the UK what 'item' or piece of equipment, is knows as a Green Goddess?

3. One of my daughters has a first name from ancient Greek, which translates as 'little green shoot' - what's that name?

4. Give me the word for the colour green, in two languages other than English.

The Green Goddess was used in vent of a bomb dropped from USSR during the Cold War. Full title is 'Self Propelled Mobile Pump'. To go out in convoy of about 40 to pump water to each other in relay to get water into the bombed area. Also to assit with the fire fighting. Convoy accompanied by a command vehicle and pipe carriers. It was never a Military vehicle, but as many soldiers were trained on them they are ofter mistaken as such.

You're correct with your answer on the Green Goddess, but in my lifetime, they called them out of retirement, to assist when the fire fighting force was on strike.
