    A few folk have had that issue. Im borderline, top of leg just fits under the tank, not an issue, I got used to it. Dont give it a 2nd thought now. Common "fix" is to lower the pegs with something like a Buell peg conversion, but loseing ground clearance with lower pegs is a big "no-no" for me. ive put buell pegs on me busa (£76 off ebay ) and theyve made a huge difference ;i could still do with higher bars though mine are lifted 20 mm

    my son put a set of schmidt alloy wheels in to a local polisher cos i wasnt going to have the pi;s took out of me again cos he expects free polishing he paid £700 for the wheels and the bloke charged him £80 and they are absoluteley trashed the polisher hasnt got a clue though he has got really good 3 phase heavy duty polishing gear ; ive spent all day today getting them ready for powder coating tbh lee its the grain structure of the ally it just wasnt polishable so be warned mate schmidt wheels are unpolishable

    they sound like good lads mike mine arent so bad either oldest son is an i t engineer and youngest is working for hewlett packard on an apprenticeship dont know too much about it as hes had to sign the official secrects act but its mod stuff oldest son drives a new bmw and also has a 280 bhp polo and runs a wheel dealership in his spare time ( he makes an absolute fortune £3.000 the other week }
