Chad , two singles are still available through booking .com £ 59 Don't know for sure what I'm up to yet as I'm trying to save every penny plus Oxford are at home that day and I like a beer or two at the football. http://www.booking.com/hotel/gb/bestwestern-talbot.html?tab=1&origin=hp&error_url=%2Fhotel%2Fgb%2Fbestwestern-talbot.en-gb.html%3Faid%3D311076%3Blabel%3Dbestwestern-talbot-W6Czr2rBn14_UpcIrM3ddAS12485807100%253Apl%253Ata%253Ap1%253Ap2%253Aac%253Aap1t1%253Aneg%3Bsid%3D707b56151b9e759c61eef51128e252a9%3Bdcid%3D1%3B&do_availability_check=on&aid=311076&dcid=1&label=bestwestern-talbot-W6Czr2rBn14_UpcIrM3ddAS12485807100%3Apl%3Ata%3Ap1%3Ap2%3Aac%3Aap1t1%3Aneg&sid=707b56151b9e759c61eef51128e252a9&checkin_monthday=24&checkin_year_month=2012-11&checkout_monthday=25&checkout_year_month=2012-11#availability_target

its recommended that when travelling with no pillion that the pack is reversed and rested on the seat. have a quick look at the FAQ'S on the website http://www.ventura-bike.co.uk/faq.aspx or the video explains it better. http://www.ventura-bike.co.uk/system/video.aspx so with the system you have you would put the rucksack on the seat and the smaller pack on the rack if riding with no pillion.

I agree Tony . I also think its caused by condensation forming on the inside of the tank at night , we was told about this years ago when i was on a heavy plant course and was advised to fill the tanks of the vehicles up before going home as it prevents condensation forming and water collecting in the bottom of the tank . I have now got into the habit of filling my bike up before I put it away. when I purchased my b12 I noticed that the water drain plug round the fuel cap was blocked and when it rained the water would collect round the cap, come refuelling time the water would then run into the tank when the cap was opened. I caught this too late and the tank sprung a leak at the seam by the seat,I tried to repair it however i ended up replacing it in the end.

I have one of these led about in the shed somewhere for a mk1 , if you want it give us a shout and I'll pop it in the post for you , it fits using sticky pads the same as the sticky mirror fixers used on cars. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUZUKI-GSF1200-1200-BANDIT-00-04-CARBON-TANK-SHIELD-COVER-PROTECTOR-19-99-/230858289179?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item35c039f01b#ht_1477wt_651

i've been looking a them myself (due to being of a large frame and the bike is nearly braking for two people all the time ) .The ones from america which are cheaper however I expect by the time I've got them through customs the price maybe around the same or more. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320984988537?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_1082wt_884 these also look a tad skinnier.

had oilers on all my bikes and they are very good , as long as they are directed right at the nozzle and the flow rate is right they are not messy. Remember to still maintain your chain by cleaning , don't just think the oiler will do all the work. The luggage is ventura , the same as mine if your riding with no pillion its recommended that you turn the bag onto the pillion seat as its more stable
