cheers folks well just cant help meself,well it beats watching the soaps with the mrs removed the headlight lots of wires in there to play with [img][/img] removed the front indicators,this has left a hole I will leave these as they are what Im going to do is drill where my finger is a few more mm,then the new indicators will be mounted here I may even polish these brackets so the match the chrome on the headlight/clocks/fork stanchions [img][/img] going to mount the bike vis lights here to the headlight bowl [img][/img] heres a pic of the lights and a link where to get them http://www.bikevis.com/

to early to mow the lawn,and the wifes at work,but I will tell her reckon it got to be white stue,I know they will get dirty but the powder coat as got to be better than the thin paint suzuki put on

they wont go near it that close to the house with dave looking out the window

Thought I would make a start on the bike this morning just going to change a few things so first up was drag it out and take a before pic [img][/img] think this grab handle requires sorting,so this will be powder coated white,will save messing matching paints up [img][/img] then have a look in the box of goodies,some new grips,undertray,some indicators that jim grumpyowl gave me cheers jim and some hi viz day running lights that have been sat in the shed,think I will mount these to the headlight [img][/img] new grips look rather cool [img][/img] the little bullet hi viz lights [img][/img] now strip the bike make sure the undertray all fits before it goes for paint [img][/img] this handle was in the way so that had to go,I could of just cut two slots in the undertray,but prefer it removed for a cleaner look [img][/img] had to trim the under tray a little,but it all fits now,so that can be painted [img][/img] think this needs to go,big useless piece of junk it is,the control valve for the pair system emissions/noise control device removeing it will stop alot of the popping from the zorst [img][/img] thats been removed,just need to remove these small pipes under the headers,then blank the holes off with the blanking kit [img][/img] will update as I do it put the bike back indoors now,front calipers removed think it needs pads and a good clean up [img][/img] rear wheel removed,some cleaning to do here rear disc is shot so will after get a new one [img][/img] [img][/img] both wheels off,will take these to work in the morning remove the tyres and wheel bearings ready to send to the powder coaters [img][/img] thats it for now folks,will update as I go along

Youll be suprised how many people wont get involved these days and to be fair i'd find it hard not to..having said that ive come a cropper a few times in the past trying to help folk...i once stopped a guy attaking is wife..he smacked me..i smacked him all finished...then she hit me harder than he did so i walked away as ive never and will never hit a woman its a shame stue as like me and so many others all we want to do is go for a quite pint have a laugh,then go home not go to a pub then come home an hour later The people that started were all sat at the same table when we got there,they all seemed to be in good spirits then it just all kicked off

What a night,decided to take the wife out tonight been in the pub and what happens,the biggest fight ive seen for a long time was sat just haveing a quite drink and all hell breaks loose,chairs glasses arms and legs flying all over the place ended up putting the wife in a corner with me stood infront of her till we could get out Im absolutely fumeing,we dont often get out much together,due to her work commitments worst part is I knew we should have gone into town,as we stopped going to this pub some people just have no respect for others,anyway the police turned up but as usual the had gone by the time they got there so weve come home were we will be safe,and can have a quite drink there rant over,happy boxing day

I would work with that guy for not much money a week if I could afford to but the way things are these days,people cant afford to work for nothing and I think thats where its all going wrong

as said chad just get another bike when ya can,even if it means buying a 1200 bandit

ask them to leave chad,and just remind them how rude it is to come round,when your tinkering with the bike
