the only reason i ended up with a ns125 is because it was a cheap project origanaly i was after a RD125 but they are soooooo exspensive provided i can get through this year with this bike i will look for another over the winter....or i could just dab in and do my full bike test and stop ar**ng around with little boys toys yep, the prices for any RD nowadays is fairly high, I allways wanted a RD125LC when i was learning!

ya, i meant the 1250, i was looking at the triumph 1050 before i wrote it so it must of got stuck in my head! and yes! i detest the bandit...well the 600 version one anyways! allways liked the 12, thought it was more then a capable bike and had loads of character. i am just not a fan of inline fours...what can i say?! and i dont do PC talk!! ask Greg! anyways, they delivered a hire bike...its a bloody 650 bandit!! what can i say about it that wont upset the BEFs? (Bandit Extremist Fundamentalists)* its a competent commuter...and it has ABS...and its...erm...silver *only pulling yer leg! maybe....

Mine are photography, I do "automotive glamour" i.e cars and women in undies, wanting to do B&W glamour shoots soon, artist shots not anything sleazy, before ya say anything! other stuff is working on the Imprezas (have two! one is a UK spec classic, which the other half drives and a version IV STi) Looking at my Supermoto and thinking that i must get it finished.... and messing with Photoshop....i am trying to makes gregs Bandit look cool, but its really difficult!

its just a pity i dont like Bandits! that said i dont think i would whine so much if it was the 1050 the hire bloke did say he will try and sort out the 1050 or a CBF9 ASAP...which was nice... as for the next bike its going to be a Aprilia RSV...with Tuono topyokes and bars...that should annoy people!!

For those who have not read my thread in the "say Hello" section, i had a truck reverse into last Tuesday (full story HERE) bit of a update! I am on the mend...kinda..i seem to have stomach cramps when i eat or drink so going to see if i can see a doctor, thats really making me worry, but the leg is on the mend...which is good. Spoke to the insurance people today and (as Greg will testify) had a major stress when they said it looked like the truck was not insured! At first they thought it was a farm tractor as the reg number was saying it was a Merc tractor (it was a Merc Axor)i tried to explain that the word "Tractor" was, in this case just a term used to describe a heavy-duty commercial vehicle used to tow trailers, but the lady had it stuck in her head that it was like a farm tractor then they said that the insurance details the driver gave me was only coming back as "quotes". but in the end it got sorted! and i get a hire bike its a Bandit 650 and they are picking up the TL to do a repair assessment. what fun....

Hi all! I was told about the site by Greg, so i thought i had beter join! i DID have 1998 Suzuki TL1000R, picked her up on the 3rd of may and by the 4th of may she looked like this... sigh..less the 24 hours i had the bike, i was a bit unsure about her to begin with as she as a bit overwieght for my liking (just under 200kg) but i was really happy with the was she shifted! not quite as nutty as my last bike, a KTM 950 Supermoto, but i think some fruity cans and a PCIII would of sorted that. i expect she will be written off but my partner was to buy so they can do her up. as for me i suffered streched tendons in my left pelvis and ankle and some brusing to the elbow, which fecking hurts! long story short..the truck reversed into me... dont know what bike i will get next, three on the short list 1> another TLR 2> Aprilia RSV1000 3> a Triumph Speed Triple 955 or i might say bugger it and get a Tuono!! anyways..thanks for reading my tale of woe and when back on the road hope to see some of ya!
