  1. So, I did buy a xj600 yoke which is meant to fit the fzr 400, but 1.It doesnt fit on the headstock bearing properly. 2nd. The forks arent long enough to even reach the yoke with the way it sits on the headstock bearing, I dont really wanna push the forks up to meet the yoke as the bike will handle like a pig! So, any one know how to go about drilling holes for bar risers ? Here is the yoke the bar risers will be added to.

    Lol just about haha, one of our mates does like 140+ with pillions, think its so silly, one pot hole and there both off, ahh well his choice haha.

Thanks Chad, quick update on the bike, A massive thanks for dave for telling me about the brillo pads, I went over the down pipes for a couple of mins and they have turned out pretty decent considering the time spent on them, will be cleaning them more tomorrow, also my top yoke came this afternoon, how ever the center bolt on the FZR yoke will no move for , Its had 13 and a halfstone and 200nm on the nut and it will not move, any one any ideas ?? Also looking to get digital clocks but ive read that they can put the bike in to a safety mode where it doesnt rev above 8000rpm any one any ideas on this ? Thanks.

  13. and got the 33bhp washer kit off Chad today got them in the bike, just the bar,yokes,speedo,lights,pegs, bar end mirror left to buy and then the polishing on the frame and swingarm, then to clear rust from down pipes and spray black
