1. She also got Woman of the Year in The Elle Style awards 2010 (read it in papers this morning - not that I'm obsessed with her). Yes his hair looks like he just stepped out of shower (not imagine that ) or he got caught in the rain without an umbrella (more likely story as it's been raining here every day for over a week now )
2. Just a quick hello no-one seems to be around so I hope you all find and safe and warm will try to chatch you guys later

4. 534 I have enjoyed reading draft of Midnight Sun (S. Mayer) so yes I would read Edwards POV New Moon - will have to search for it - so many stories on that website. Well we have few months to wait but New Moon is coming out on DVD next month.
5. Zoonie - it's not weird - you are just unbelieavably lucky. So many women would give anything for what you have I will have to sign off now too - must finishe few things here before end of the day. I hope IMOM will get home safely and not too late. byeeee from me :hug;
6.
Nope not prying. My husband and I have split. We are still living in the same house .... but thats it more like room mates... its been BAD for a while but we both decided with all our history and the kids to keep going as we were ... or to attempt to get one of us to move away. So it'll be interesting ... but I'm single for the first time in 11 years (married for 10 years in July)... I think it takes a lot of pressure off of things - and as friends we don't nag each other or fight as much. since we made the move things have been a lot better.
I know exactly what are you talking about - me and Mr B have much better relationship now that we had few months ago. It's still sad when something like that happens after such a long time (for us it was 9 years and 3 months)
7. [quote="TiphphinneYeah finally! I'm loving it but its taking SOOOOOOO long.... I have to get everything off my old laptop using only an 8 gig card... and it takes my old computer 30 minutes to do 5 gigs onto the card, and the new one only 5 minutes to take it off... but I can't burn CDs on my old one anymore so I have to move all my photos/mp3s etc bit by bit. But its worth it.... How have you been? Kinda the new bit for me is ... I'm unofficially single which is a big change... but an expected and nice one I think....
I might be moving out in 3 weeks - I have seen a room that I like that will be available mid March. I was going to see another one but eventually got reply to my second e-mail saying someone else is very interested and it that person won't take it that she will get in touch with me. The girl that's dealing with the first room is currently away but shoudl be back by end of this week so I will get in touch with her and see if I can get the ball rolling. We are already spliting up what's in a flat (well stuff that was purchased with our money). If you want to talk Tiph - you know how to find me. In a way I'm really sorry to hear that you are single but at the same time I'm releaved that you know where exactly you stand so you can make plans for future. Sounds like a nice way to spend Saturday and I hope all goes well for your romantic night away with IMOM. I just find out that I might (fingers crossed) avoid 4 days whith Mr B's mother - she is planning to come down for Easter weeknd and even Mr B's not looking forward to it.
8. Hello Zoonie - I spent most of saturay at home - boiler problems so we had an engineer there then he left and we had to call him back as we had water leaking from the ceiling (just a drips but still). All sorted now. Did you go to Covent Garden? Next time you in the area - you must go to Ben's Cookies - they are to die for and always long cue for it. It was pouring down whole weekend and it's still rainy today
9. hello Tiph I'm guessing you got new laptop/PC? finally! how have you been?
10. hello everyone stoping by for a moment - work is mental today
11. 530 Jeanie I have finished it now. I was going to PM you over the weekend but was without internet The only reason why I didn't cry at the end was because I was reading it at work. It was so wonderfully written. I can't wait for the author to finish her next piece (to be expected in 2011).
12. The British public voted actress Kristen Stewart their Orange Rising Star Award in 2010. The Orange Rising Star Award in 2010 was presented to Kristen Stewart at the Orange British Academy Film Awards by the 2009 winner, Noel Clarke. The Award recognises five international actors and actresses who have demonstrated exceptional talent and have begun to capture the imagination of the public as a star in the making. The Orange Rising Star Award is unique as it remains the only Award at presented at the ceremony to be voted for by the British public. In her acceptance speech, Stewart - who played lovestruck heroine Bella Swan in both Twilight and New Moon - thanked the Twilight fans, calling them "the most devoted and attentive fans ever". She said she was "blown away" by the other nominated actors. Meanwhile, her Twilight co-star Robert Pattison was also on hand at the ceremony - but his role was limited to presenting the original screenplay award, which went to Mark Boal for Kathryn Bigelow's multi-award winning Iraq war drama The Hurt Locker. The Twilight co-stars arrived at the ceremony separately - but both stopped to sign autographs for fans outside London's Royal Opera House.
13. Sorry guys - I've gotta go now. I'm needed away from my computer. If I don't speak to you - Have a great weekend
14. Invitation accepted OK joke: it was in e-mail called: WHY DO WE FORWARD JOKES if I would have your e-mail address I would have forward it to all of you A man and his dog were walking along a road. The man was enjoying the scenery, when it suddenly occurred to him that he was dead. He remembered dying, and that the dog walking beside him had been dead for years. He wondered where the road was leading them. After a while, they came to a high, white stone wall along one side of the road. It looked like fine marble. At the top of a long hill, it was broken by a tall arch that glowed in the sunlight. When he was standing before it he saw a magnificent gate in the arch that looked like mother-of-pearl, and the street that led to the gate looked like pure gold. He and the dog walked toward the gate, and as he got closer, he saw a man at a desk to one side. When he was close enough, he called out, 'Excuse me, where are we?' 'This is Heaven, sir,' the man answered. 'Wow! Would you happen to have some water?' the man asked. Of course, sir. Come right in, and I'll have some ice water brought right up. 'The man gestured, and the gate began to open. 'Can my friend,' gesturing toward his dog, 'come in, too?' the traveler asked. 'I'm sorry, sir, but we don't accept pets.' The man thought a moment and then turned back toward the road and continued the way he had been going with his dog. After another long walk, and at the top of another long hill, he came to a dirt road leading through a farm gate that looked as if it had never been closed. There was no fence. As he approached the gate, he saw a man inside, leaning against a tree and reading a book. 'Excuse me!' he called to the man. 'Do you have any water?' 'Yeah, sure, there's a pump over there, come on in.' 'How about my friend here?' the traveler gestured to the dog. 'There should be a bowl by the pump.' They went through the gate, and sure enough, there was an old-fashioned hand pump with a bowl beside it. The traveler filled the water bowl and took a long drink himself, then he gave some to the dog.... When they were full, he and the dog walked back toward the man who was standing by the tree. 'What do you call this place?' the traveler asked. 'This is Heaven,' he answered. 'Well, that's confusing,' the traveler said. 'The man down the road said that was Heaven, too.' 'Oh, you mean the place with the gold street and pearly gates? Nope. That's hell.' 'Doesn't it make you mad for them to use your name like that?' 'No, we're just happy that they screen out the folks who would leave their best friends behind.' Soooo... This explains why we forward jokes: Sometimes, we wonder why friends keep forwarding jokes to us without writing a word.... Maybe this will explain. When you are very busy, but still want to keep in touch, guess what you do? You forward jokes. When you have nothing to say, but just want to keep in contact, you forward jokes. When you have something to say, but don't know what, and don't know how, you forward jokes. Also to let you know that you are still remembered, you are still important, you are still loved, you are still cared for, guess what you get? A forwarded joke. So, next time if you get a joke, don't think that you've been sent just another forwarded joke, but that you've been thought of today, and your friend on the other end of your computer wanted to send you a smile. You are all welcome @ my water bowl anytime!
15. can I post something that someone just sent me? It's not offensive - it's a joke
16. well done Frannie on your sugar level and enjoy desert. If this move of mine goes well it should be little bit easier for me to save (rent would be slightly cheaper to what I'm paying now) and I might fulfill my dream of going across the big pond - Tanya already said I HAVE TO come and visit her if I'm ever in US and my czech friend from Chicago would be happy to see me too.
17. thanks guys - I'm 75% decided to take this one. The other one - I'm waiting to hear but it's been 2 days since I emailed and no response. It's also more expensive but only 5 minutes walk from where I live now. Yes I'm starting to see the silver lining around the clouds now and I must agree - sharing with other people would do me good.
18. sorry guys - had to do antivirus update instalation on my bosses computer. Hello Zoonie, Bogie, Kijo and everyone else here this fine hour
19. I went to see a room last night. It's 4 bed shared house with 3 other females. Nice tidy house, good size room (need decorating as wallpaper is peeling off but I was told that would be done by the time previous occupant moves out). Shared living room, small dining room with table, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garden (which I didn't see as it was dark and pouring down) The girl that was showing me around seems nice. I like it and if it would be re-decorated like promised I think I would take it. It's about 5 minutes walk from train station and I would be 10 minutes bus ride from my current place so seeing the dog would not be problem. Mr B approves but agreed that decorating is needed. It's reasonable rent with internet access. The girl who is in charge is currently away and is due to come back late next week. Room should be available in 3-4 weeks time. I'm still waiting to hear from one more person so I don't want to get too excited about this one but
20. Hello everyone I think I have a good news  Hope you all doing well - it was trying to snow this morning but not too heavy
21. Of course this means we have chance meeting in semifinals! Because we are in different groups - that increases the chance of it If we would be in same group that would lover the chance (I'm not sure if it's top two from each group or just top one that goes further) Well done to our boys for winning 3-1 against our Slovakian "brothers".
22. of course the film studio people will try to everything to protect their star from getting hurt doing "dangerous" scenes. :nono: No I didn't know but it doesn't surprise me. I would be more surprised to learn that Rob is doing his own stunts (as if). Thank for the info hun (btw I'm on chapter 14 now and it's really hard to stop)
23. *faints* *off to her calendar to start crossing off days* thank you for the pics - Riley is exactly like I pictured him when I was reading the book.
