    admin has taken everyone input on this matter and come up with the following : points system is only for fun, therefor there will be no such thing as '-1' points. meaning, even if u vote negative, the user wil not receive a negative point. it's all for fun. about the daggers, i will have to come up with new ones. because the server only gave me a few options to choose from. will try my best.

    enyo - if you like what someone has posted then u may vote '+' for that particular post. so that person gains a reputation point! if u severely do not like what he has posted, u may vote '-'. this will decrease his reputation. sinclair. daggers are based on number of post. it only applies to regular members and not committee and moderators. sinclair, the rankings is for them to find out. so keep spamming guys!

    I've come up with a simple rating and reputation system for u guys. every post receives +1 rating every subject started receives +3 rating every '+' vote receives +1 reputation every '-' vote receives -1 reputation enjoy.

    jus so u know : i was accused of having insider in every 7Eleven outlet in klang valley. that includes kl. yup. thats rite. i have about 600 insiders in 7elevens. even i didn't know that. it's come to a point that some ppl are telling me that i have scored $uper! and when i tell them that i've not been hunting for ages now, they tell ME that I am lying. so... i jus let ppl tell me what i scored and where i scored it. rather than having to score it myself.

    well put. keep up the hunt for insiders hokuan as for me. i've gotten fed up with ppl COMPLAINING about insiders rather than the insiders themselves. so i've put my die cast cars collection on hold for the past month. and for the months to come. i'm still collecting hot wheels tho. hw posters, 3d cards, colouring books and etc. i'll leave the hunts and HOT models to u insiders and their head hunters

    others will think 'oh, demonicle pays these guys to inform him about new stocks n hold the box for him'? or will they think 'oh demonicle, only receives calls about new stocks cuz he is frens wit the guy that works there. infact the guy hangs up the stuff on the pegs but doesn't reserve anything for demonicle'? which will they be thinking? A or B?

    yeah.. so back to my question example : there is a guy working at a store who gives me a call whenever they receive new waves. i never pay him anything. but he still calls me everytime. does that make me an insider?

    yes. but its not good to throw names around unless u have proof..... dun go around accusing jus cuz some staff mentioned a name to u guys. the staff cud have mentioned any name! when in fact the staff cud be a collector himself! u have to consider all these possibilities when u wanna mention someones name.

    i faced this problem once when i was is johor. what i did was : ask the staff what time wud the manager becoming in the next day. she said 9 pm. so i returned to the store the following day and met the manager. i told him that his night staff was very rude and arrogant. and refused to take out something that i wanted to BUY. when a customer wants to BUY something, are any staff allowed to hold the customer back?. the nex day i went back to the store one more time. the manager said he observed the cctv footage and fired the girl!
