Really? I thought with that extension cord, it would be easier to drill coz not necessary to hold the heavy drill. Did you try it without the extension cord?

Drill fast sometimes can damage the base, have to be real careful but is a pain when the drill is heavy.

Haha, not many swap, but I've drilled out enough bases to know that it is not as easy a task as it looks.

updated : 30/5/2011 :

FERRARI GTO :BASE TO BASE!!

Base to base??? Ha Ha! Yup! another simple custom job on this casting!
Its the Ferrari GTO white colour (from the 2011 5 packs Ferrari) & copper/cooper/coper Ferrari GTO 2008! Both r 5 spoke plastic wheels..and some swap base to base make it look same as the "garage series" GTO!

No wheels been remove from the base! The base are taken from the garage series GTO and replace it to both the casting. Sound easy right?? laugh1
can see actual plastic base being turn to "metal base"...

and with garage owner "initial" too....

no screw being use for mounting back the wheels..jus the UHU! What a Face Btw...the white GTO got some minor change. Smoke screen from the garage GTO make this white GTO look more "cool"!!

and this..

more pics do the talking.....

and join the actual garage series GTO..............
