Well second chapter of me knee sarga not...they now seem to think i have a bit of cartlidge floating around me knee the pain im in is not good, ive got to go to me docs monday only for him to refer me back to the hospital for them to book me in for keyhole surgery.... i wander how long that will take...cant sit here for long im in too much pain with it so ile get on when i can seya folks and thanks for your concerns

I know what thats like Stue had the op on my left knee , you may find that it will move and you will be ok again till it gets traped again , just try and rest it

As you can see from this pic my right Knee is badly swollan, not looking forward to the doc bending that 2mw

Just back in from the hospital in Hereford sore and wounded but atleast the balls rolling towards me op, im on the list perhaps two months waiting so all i can do is keep popping the pills and stay away from active sports and riding me bike the consaltant was great and all the staff that dealt with me, like ive said before they are worth there weight in gold and some

Had my first physio yesterday to help strenghten me leg muscles, you wouldnt believe how weak me right leg as gone in just under a month of not walking on it properly, theyve told me ive got to get the muscles built back up in time for me op, so the recovery and healing will be quicker

Well come rain or shine on sunday the bikes having it im fed up off sitting indoors, i know the last time i went out i almost caused meself to have an accident, this time i aint going far so if im in pain i can get home safely
