My new superdream!

Recommended Posts

Finally got around to buying myself a bigger (only slightly bigger) motorcycle!

Last week I spent £250 on a 1983 CB250 N
It needs a few weekends worth of work doing to it before it's on the road, but I think it's worth it for the price I got it for!

I'm not too bothered about the aftermarket parts on it since i'm only keeping this bike for a couple of years until i'm no longer restricted to 33bhp thumbs

It doesn't need too much work doing to it
The carburettors need cleaning out
Fork stanchions need rechroming
Need new rear shock absorbers and new battery
aaaand the frame and swinging arm need painting

I only have time to work on it at weekends so I reckon it should be on the road by the end of the month Very Happy

And in answer to BanditMike, my restriction ends in 2 years so not long! thumbs
