This is how I see it , I did offer to sort this years weekend ,but said it would have to be around the area I live , it got blown straight out the water with members saying the roads where too busy here ,and mark said he would sort it ! The last I heard he was on about Lincolnshire -

I would be pissed off too Ian@madcarper wrote:unfortunately I can't proceed with mine at the moment cos I'm getting fecked about by the company I ordered a porting kit off 2 weeks ago tried ringing, emailing and contacting him thru his website and paypal, totally ignored all them" t**t."
now I have to wait another 10 days for him to respond to paypal before I can get my money or the product turns up. feckin hate getting pissed about by arseholes.
I would buy another kit elsewhere if I knew what the fook this guy intends.
the company is called Headportingsupplies.co.uk I would not use them if I was you .

fit is more important than name or price IMO
I agree Dave but as Bell isn't a "mainstream" brand in the UK I was concerned with the quality of the product which was really the reason behind my asking.
Why do they cost so much ?
"buy cheap buy twice" that's what my old grandma always says
Price is based on quality of the materials I suppose .... You've only got one head so buy the best you can afford I'm lucky enough to be in a position at the moment to be able to get a decent lid. It pays to do some research though
Bit the bullet and went and fetched it it is a thing of beauty £400 f**king though I must be nuts lol -
@smilinjack wrote:I'd certainly be interested in going. I've put it in my diary, maybe one of us can stick a reminder up nearer the day? -
@dirtydog wrote:@Davehutch wrote:@dirtydog wrote:@Davehutch wrote:As long as it fits you it will be OK mate , we all suit different lids differently
The fit was great to be honest and seems to be really well made. But as it wasn't a brand I'd considered I came away empty handed to do a bit of research £400 is a lot to shell out to find its a pile of
Having posted on here and the tarmac terrorists Facebook page also read a dozen reviews online it looks like I'll be going back to j&s in the next few days as everything I've read has been positive
