Done a bit today,seems ages since I took the carbs off started fitting the jet kit one carb at a time took the top off the first,notice the little oring at the top be sure not to loose this if ya doing ya carbs then remove the diaphram Then remvove the needle and all the parts washer and spring to be reused I lost the first spring but theres new ones in the kit see the difference in the needles dj needle closest in the pic pic of all the bits together with the spring can see how easy it is to loose bits new slide springs dj spring being shorter inside the carb checking the slide moves freely after new parts are fitted next was to change the main jets,mainjet being pointed out pic of the standard main jet and the dj mainjet Thats it for now need to set float height and make the vac exstensions before the carbs go back on will update soon

Hi all just got out of bed since last friday Not been lazy just had a bad case of real manflu but it knocked the life out of me set me asthma off big time so much for the flu jab I have even had a trip to a&e to sort me breathing out up and about now hopefully over the worse of it Think its time to start looking after me health a bit better
