  1. Bris / Brissy / Brisvegas is slang for Brisbane. Toowoomba is a big country town out West. Indooroopilly, Woolloongabba, Keperra, Doolandella, Karawatha, Larapinta, Tarragindi, Yeerongpilly, Coorparoo, Kippa-Ring, Enoggera, Boondal, ...all area's in or around Brisbane... like the aussie song i been everywhere man and he reels off these weird town names

  10. ordered a load of bike stuff on saturday and it all came this morning so ive spent all afternoon changing the oil (silkolene) not tried this yet so looking forward to seeing what its like,also genuine yamaha filters all round and replaced all the old fairing heat shield for nice new stuff so all in all well satisfied,just need to wash and polish next
  11. best thing to do is test ride both,ive ridden a mk1 R1 but it was too cramped and focused so i chose the thunderace

Its the only sport in the world were riders in gps say that the guys and gals that race on roads are brave and whos to argue...having said that you cant really compare the two different disciplines imo your either a road racer or a circuit racer, allthough the TT was part of the gps years ago, all racers imo demand respect also spa francochamps before it was shortened and a host of other road/race circuits were all on the gp map till the late 70,s when safety measures were starting to come in and the riders wouldnt race there
