Hi guys! I just wanted to inform all of you that I FINALLY found a South African server. (YAY!) So, I'll be leaving you on the SMP side of things, though I'll still be around on Classic. This is purely because of latency issues! It's been fun. SS

So here I go... LET'S GO OPEN SERVER with SMP. Now hold on there, I know what you're thinking: "Spindle, this is madness, this is blasphemy!" " How could you think of something so preposterous?" Well, I can because the server is as quiet as hell. Such a suggestion won't go without a plan though. If we're thinking of doing this, there should be some changes in the rank system to start off with. I think we should do a more class-like system with ranks such as: Builder, Political, Miner etc. This would work perfectly if we have more people. And more people = factions. Oh lord, the fun we would have... There should also be further implementations to handle griefers and such, but it's not THAT difficult to do, is it? Anyways, my point is: More people = more fun. Can we do it?

I can vouch for Sheppard on this. He is an excellent adept and I think the steps taken against him were a bit harsh. He still needs some guidance, not punishment. I believe that his intentions are pure.

Are you talking about me? Because I have never griefed on SMP. If you are referring to mikewater's shop in SI, I really don't know what happened there, but it's someone trying to inflame things between me and Mike. And he/she is failing, because I have nothing against Mikewater.

I seem to have lost all my permissions in SMP (tp, build, pretty much everything). Also, my colour seems to have reverted back to grey, instead of the usual purple. Why is this? Why was I jailed?

The conflict was resolved. MattiZWE and Phoebe provoked their own deaths before I returned their stuff and we agreed that there will be no further war. Is it at all possible that Artisan's color could be reconsidered? I find it difficult to distinguish between Masons and Artisans, especially in chat. Maybe make Artisans orange or Yellow?
