Okay, how can one level up? There is no real way to do so. To me this is rather like Restaurant City. I want to do something to level up. Right now I am at level 8 and want to get to level 25, but at this rate, it's not going to happen. -

That's a good point about the 'do nothing' items like windows, doors and petling beds. While I do like the window and door, I really don't see how or why it should be a Cash Shop item. But, you're right, it really is random. -
